The highly acclaimed documentary film chronicles Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Atom Egoyan (The Sweet Hereafter, Exotica) as he returns to the theatre to direct a new opera. Working in collaboration with composer Roadney Sharman, and renowed opera producers Tapestry New Opera, the film observes Egoyan as he navigates between two worlds - a writer/director challenging the boundaries of opera, and an internationally successful film director. It also chronicles Egoyan's journey reaching back into the beginning of his extraordinary career.
